Robert Mitchell

President

Fort Worth, Texas

Prior to OLA Robert served as the Technical Services Manager at BJ/Baker Hughes. Over his 20 years in the energy industry, Robert has built an expertise in production and “frac” chemical optimization, data interpretation, and chemistry application. He graduated from Old Dominion University with a B.S. in Chemistry and a Minor in Biology.

Martin Ramirez

Chief Financial Officer

Houston, Texas

Prior to OLA, Martin was vice president of finance for a Houston-based international drilling company. He started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, working in the United States, Venezuela, and Mexico. Martin is a CPA licensed in the Texas. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at El Paso.

Specialty:

Prior to OLA, Amanda worked with the Department of Energy’s Nuclear Waste Disposal program. She is expert in field troubleshooting, laboratory method development and management, and data interpretation in the energy industry. She earned a B.S. in Mathematics (Chemistry minor) from Troy University and an M.S. in Applied Mathematics from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.
